Welcome to the Certara Cloud! Follow the steps below to get started with your connected cloud experience for all Certara resources and applications - including the P21 Community Forum - in our end-to-end data sciences platform.
🤔 Do I already have a Certara ID?
If you're a Certara customer with subscriptions to cloud-connected applications such as Pinnacle 21 Enterprise or Phoenix, you already have a Certara ID. In fact, most P21 Community users who previously had a Pinnacle ID now have a Certara ID as well.
You may recall receiving an email inviting you to register. If you registered and logged into the Certara Cloud right away, great! Just use those same login credentials now.
If you didn't register and log in right away, that email link will have expired by now, so simply follow the Forgot password prompts to set up a password, then log in.
👋🏽 Creating a Certara ID
Enter your work, university or corporate email address and click continue.
📧 Best Practice: Certara recommends using an organizational email to register, as opposed to a personal email address like gmail or hotmail.
If your organization already has a Certara account, you'll be routed automatically to your organization’s login portal. Further, if your organization uses our Certara SSO, you may be able to log in via SSO to finish account creation.
If you're not part of a Certara customer organization that currently uses an application connected to the Certara Cloud, or if you have never logged into the Certara Cloud before, then click the “Sign Up” link to set a password.
Clicking Sign up will take you to the self-registration page. Complete the information requested.
Part of the registration process involves verifying your email address. Once you enter your email address, you should receive a verification email within a few minutes.
⏱ Best Practice: The link in your email invitation can expire; therefore, we recommend you complete the registration and login process right away. If the link expires before you have an opportunity to register and login, just click Forgot Password on the login screen, look for a new email, and follow the password reset process.
Follow the steps in the email to create your account. Creating a Certara ID will allow you to Certara resources and training tools, such as eBooks, white papers, and videos. Those same credentials are used to log in to the P21 Community Forum.
