Assigning user modules
Once a User has been given access to a Product, depending on the Product, they may also be assigned a Module. This is primarily used for the Phoenix Product.
Grant Module Access
Module access is granted through the “Assign seat“ button. Certain modules are always visible, while others are only visible to organizations with subscriptions. The granting of access is complete once “Save“ has been selected.
There are a set number of licenses that have been purchased. Once this license limit has been reach, you will be unable to assign more licenses. You may remove a license and re-assign it, but you cannot assign more module licenses than you have purchased.
Exceeding License Period
When part or all of a subscription expires, Certara Cloud notifies administrators and designated staff.
Notification triggers:
The day after a subscription expires.
When the number of available licenses is less than the number of assigned licenses.
Frequency: Sent once every 30 days

Product environment and license names
Instructions on next steps
Button to view the product
Administrator notifications:
Global administrators
Product administrators for the related product environment
Select Certara Staff (if configured).
